The projects executed in Spain included regulatory compliance advisory services for mobile network operators, providing support in meeting national telecommunications requirements and aligning operational practices with regulatory obligations. NEREO Consulting assisted operators such as MASMOVIL and DIGI in regulatory matters related to their activity as mobile operators, ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation of applicable regulations. In addition, NEREO Consulting has played a key role in the General Management of the National Association for Number Portability, coordinating an organization that currently represents 100 operators. This long-term engagement involved strategic oversight, operational coordination, and collaboration with regulatory authorities to ensure the proper functioning of national portability processes. All projects were developed in close cooperation with operators, industry stakeholders, and public institutions, delivering reliable, confidential, and results-driven advisory services within the Spanish telecommunications market.
