NEREO Team Leader

Manuel Tomás Valero

Manuel Tomás Valero is a Managing Partner at NEREO and one of its founders. He is widely recognized for his expertise in telecom regulation and has advised clients across Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.

Before founding NEREO, Manuel served as Head of the President’s Cabinet and later as Market Director at CMT, the Spanish telecom regulator. He has advised all major telecom operators in Spain and has extensive experience across regulatory affairs, M&A, corporate development, marketing and sales. He has also played a key role in the launch of multiple MVNOs in the Middle East and has a long standing academic career at the Polytechnic University of Valencia.

EDUCATION

Manuel holds a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School in Madrid.
