The projects executed in Saudi Arabia included advisory services for the negotiation of branded reseller and distribution agreements, as well as technical and strategic support in the preparation of MVNO license applications submitted to the relevant authorities. In addition, NEREO Consulting contributed to the design and implementation of new nationwide distribution strategies for established telecom operators.
